Terms of Service

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. As we sell fresh produce, occasionally an item may become unavailable after you order. If that happens we will contact you to arrange a substitute or a refund for the affected item.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but you will always be charged the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at the time of order.

Delivery fees and timeframes are shown at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable orders — we are not responsible for spoilage after a delivery has been completed as instructed. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to all purchases.

Loyalty points are earned on eligible purchases and have no cash value. Points may be adjusted or expire in line with the program rules published on your account's rewards page. We may amend or discontinue the program with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
